Cancellation Policy

The Member may cancel this membership at any time. To cancel, the Member must notify Honest A/C LLC in writing or by phone, at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, any outstanding fees, including the annual membership fee for the current period, are due immediately, and no further charges will be assessed after cancellation.

Member Responsibilities

​

The Member agrees to provide access to their heating and cooling system during scheduled

inspections. The Member agrees to keep the system in good working condition and notify only Honest A/C LLC of any concerns or issues outside of the scheduled inspections. If any tampering occurs, that was not done by the said company, membership will be discontinued, and no refund will be issued.

Terms and Conditions

Program Benefits: The services outlined in this Agreement are exclusive to the heating and cooling systems covered under this membership and are non- transferable to other properties or systems. Service Modifications: Honest A/C LLC reserves the right to modify the membership fees, services, or benefits at any time with at least 30 days' notice to the Member. Additional Services: Any services beyond those described above (e.g., repairs, replacement parts, etc.) will be billed separately, and are not included in the membership.

Liability Disclaimer

Honest A/C LLC will perform all services under this Agreement to the best of its ability, but is not responsible for any failure of the system due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond the scope of the services described herein.

Agreement Duration and Renewal

​

This Agreement will remain in effect until canceled by the Member. The annual membership fee will be automatically renewed each year, and the monthly service charge will continue unless canceled as provided under the cancellation policy.
